About us

The management team at Anmer Construction have almost 30 years experience in the construction industry, two thirds of which have been centred on the health and education sectors. As a business, our commercial side has diversified over the years to meet the demands of the industries it specialises in to keep up with modern building methods resulting in more energy efficient, time saving and cost effective solutions for our clients. We understand the pressures faced by both public and private health organisations, and the strain put on the education system by external factors, which is why we work closely with our clients from the outset to create tailored builds to meet specific needs.

Modular building not only fits this criteria, it perfectly encompasses the needs of the health and education sectors by not only offering bespoke construction solutions, but also allowing much of the build to be completed off site. This means minimal disruption and reduced programme times, vital for hospitals and schools with constant service requirements. As a leading company in the modular construction industry, we have both the experience and expertise to manage your build from concept to completion, removing the hassle from juggling multiple trades and deadlines. This turnkey approach enables us to compete your build as efficiently as possible in terms of time and budget; our aim is to exceed customer expectation, every time.

Why choose modular?

As a business with experience in both conventional and modular construction, we know there are huge benefits to this building method, particularly within certain industries such as health and education.

Aside from the obvious cost and time benefits, modular construction provides a high specification, fit-for-purpose structure that can be tailored to your individual needs. Our health buildings can be fully-fitted out with equipment as required to provide functioning diagnostic, imaging or procedure facilities for example. We can integrate builds effortlessly with existing structures if required or incorporate useable outside spaces such as SEN gardens for example.

Unlike conventional builds, modular construction gives you the option of both temporary and permanent structures, or even the opportunity of moving or repurposing your structure should the need arise.

The possibilities are endless.

A cost effective approach

While budget is not the only consideration of any building programme, we know it plays a large role in the decision making process. As demand on beds and waiting lists increases, so too does the need for additional capacity within existing infrastructures. Modular buildings provide the most sustainable option for the industries we serve, quickly addressing these issues, providing adaptable solutions long term.

Reduced programme times and the off-site nature of much of the construction provide a cost-effective path to additional space demands, balanced alongside the benefits that increased capacity will bring to your organisation.

Sustainability and the environment

Anmer Construction always work within best practice guidelines to reduce our carbon footprint and be more eco-friendly within the industry. Modular construction is naturally a more sustainable method compared to regular construction, using more eco-friendly materials and energy efficient production techniques.

As reusable structures, modular builds can be permanent, temporary, or repurposed to suit your needs. They can even be deconstructed and moved to an alternative site!

Throughout concept and design stages our expert M & E team will help to ensure your modular build accommodates the most energy efficient options in terms of power and lighting.
